Spaghetti + Tomato Sauce Garlic & Onion

Spaghetti Bolognese


  • 400g of Panzani Spaghetti
  • 1 carton of Panzani Tomato Sauce Onion & Garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 70g celery stalk
  • 500g of minced beef
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato concentrate
  • 1 clove garlic
  • a bay leaf leaf and a sprig of thyme

Preparations steps

  • 1. Rinse then dice the carrots and celery.
  • 2. Peel the onion and garlic clove. Then, mince and brown them in a pan.
  • 3. Add the celery and carrot and cook for a few minutes. Add the minced meat and stir.
  • 4. Add the Tomato Sauce Onion & Garlic, the tomato concentrate, the thyme, and the bay leaf. Add salt & pepper and simmer the Bolognese Sauce over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • 5. Cook the Spaghetti according to packaging directions, then serve them drained with the sauce.
