Farfalle, surimi and raisin salad


  • 400g of Panzani Farfalle
  • A few surimi sticks
  • 100g sweet corn
  • 2 handfuls of raisins
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt, pepper

Preparations steps

  • 1. Cook the Farfalle in salted boiling water for 10 minutes and then drain it.
  • 2. When the pasta is cooked, run it under cold water and drain it. Then put it in a large salad bowl and add lemon juice.
  • 3. Cut the surimi sticks into small cubes and drain the sweet corn. Add the surimi, raisins and sweet corn kernels to the salad bowl.
  • 4. Add salt and pepper. Mix well and serve immediately.
