Fusilli Tricolore Salad


  • 400g of Panzani Fusilli Tricolore
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Black olives
  • 1 lemon
  • Feta

Preparations steps

  • 1. Cook the Panzani Fusilli Tricolore in boiling salted water following the directions on the packet.
  • 2. During this time, wash the tomatoes and dice them finely. Peel the cucumber, cut it in two lengthwise and remove the seeds. Dice it finely.
  • 3. Run the pasta under cold water and drain. Put it in a salad bowl, pour the lemon juice over it and mix it in.
  • 4. Add the diced cucumber, tomatoes, feta and the olives. Mix well and refrigerate. Serve fresh.
