Mini Farfalle

Greek Mini Farfalle salad


  • 400g Panzani Mini Farfalle
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Greek-style black olives
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Feta
  • Herbs de Provence

Preparations steps

  • 1. Cook pasta in a large amount of salted water.
  • 2. Wash the tomatoes and finely dice them. Peel the cucumber, slice it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Dice finely.
  • 3. Drain the pasta. Put it in the bowl and pour lemon juice in. Mix.
  • 4. Add the cucumber, tomatoes, feta and olives. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator.
  • 5. Season with herbs de Provence before serving.
