Lasagna Sheets filled with Ashta and roasted Hazelnuts


  • 4 Panzani Lasagne sheets
  • 20g of honey
  • 80g of Ashta
  • 20g of hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp of orange blossom water
  • 1 tsp of rose water
  • Bit of orange zest
  • Pistachio powder
  • Rose petal jam

Preparations steps

  • 1. Roast the hazelnuts and let them cool.
  • 2. Cook the Lasagne sheets for seven or eight minutes.
  • 3. Put the ashta in a bowl.
  • 4. Add the honey, the orange blossom water, the rose water, the orange zest and the hazelnuts and mix.
  • 5. Stuff each Lasagne sheet with 40 grams of the ashta mixture, then roll the sheets.
  • 6. Put vertically each Lasagne sheet on a serving dish and decorate with pistachio powder and rose petal jam.
