Beef Shawarma with Tahini, Napoletana Spaghetti & Biwaz


  • 180g of cooked beef Shawarma
  • 160g of cooked Panzani Spaghetti
  • 20g of Panzani Napoletana sauce
  • 20g of Tahini (tarator)
  • 1 slice of Pita bread
  • 10g of fresh parsley
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 onion
  • 5g of sumac

Preparations steps

  • 1. In boiling water, add salt and cook the Spaghetti for as long as indicated on the package.
  • 2. Drain the Spaghetti and set aside
  • 3. Meanwhile, cook the beef Shawarma in a pre-heated pan
  • 4. Prepare the Biwaz by mixing tomato slices, julienne onions, parsley leaves and sumac
  • 5. On a serving place, roll the Spaghetti using the Spaghetti fork and top with Panzani Napoletana sauce.
  • 6. Add the cooked Shawarma beef in the middle of the plate and top with Tahini
  • 7. Place one slice of Pita bread and add the mixed Biwaz on top
