Shrimp Salad with flavoured Couscous


  • 500g of Panzani Couscous
  • 200g peeled cooked shrimp
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Lemon juice

Preparations steps

  • 1. Prepare the Couscous grains: in a large bowl, pour in the couscous and add an equal volume of water.
  • 2. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
  • 3. Remove clumps with a fork.
  • 4. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  • 5. Mix the lemon, oil and salt together in a mixing bowl, then add the washed and chopped parsley, the spices and the shrimp. Stir together well, then add the couscous grains.
  • 6. Mix together again and serve chilled.
