Spaghetti Tart


  • 300g of Panzani Spaghetti
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50g parmesan
  • 250g of mozzarella
  • 3 green onions
  • Salt, pepper, olive oil

Preparations steps

  • 1. Cook Spaghetti according to the packaging directions. Mince and sauté the green onions in a non-stick pan with a little oil until translucent.
  • 2. In a salad bowl, beat the eggs in with the parmesan. Salt, pepper. Add well-drained Spaghetti and green onions and stir together quickly.
  • 3. Pour a drizzle of olive oil into a hot non-stick skillet, add half the Spaghetti, inlay the thinly sliced mozzarella, and then cover with the rest of the Spaghetti.
  • 4. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Flip, using a plate, and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve hot with a salad of your choosing.
