Spaghetti with saffron prawns


  • 400g of Panzani Spaghetti
  • 300g of prawns
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of saffron
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparations steps

  • 1. Cook the Spaghetti in a pot of salted water.
  • 2. During this time, fry the chopped garlic in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • 3. Then, on a low heat, add the soya sauce, the chopped parsley and the saffron. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes and add the peeled prawns to it, so they thoroughly soak up the sauce you've obtained.
  • 4. Mix it all together with the warm pasta.
